    • Most premiums/gifts are not processed until after the Fund Drive has ended. We thank you for your donation and for your patience.
  • How long until I receive my gift?
    •  Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks after a fund drive ends for delivery of your premium. This may vary depending on the premium and distributor.
  • Where can I get info about my gift?
    • If you have inquiries regarding the status of your membership or premium, please call the main number at (818) 985-2711, ask for the Membership Department, if available
  • What if I move before I receive my gift?
    • Please alert the Membership department when you have a change of address, phone, or credit card info, as incorrect information can delay delivery of your gift.
